Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ReelRelief. Every order is prepared and shipped with care, and demand has been high, so please read our timelines below before ordering.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 10–20 business days after your order ships. Please allow up to 30 days in total from the date of your order for it to arrive.

Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show its first update.

Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays and customs can occasionally extend delivery. If your order will ship later than the times stated here, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Order not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us at contactt@reelrelief.store with your order number. We'll track it down and either reship it or refund you in full.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can change it if you email us before the order ships. We can't redirect orders once they're in transit.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, email us within 7 days with your order number (and photos for damage) and we'll make it right.

We currently ship to the United States only.
